Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Brand Marketer to develop and execute strategies that enhance Aero Armour's brand identity and market presence. As a Brand Marketer, you will play a critical role in shaping how our brand is perceived and ensuring its alignment with our business goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:

Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen Aero Armour's position in the market.

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive insights.

Define and maintain the brand voice, tone, and identity across all channels.

Campaign Management:

Design and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals, messaging, and storytelling.

Content Creation and Oversight:

Oversee the creation of brand-related content, including advertisements, social media posts, and product packaging.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates brand values.

Digital and Social Media Branding:

Plan and execute digital strategies to enhance brand visibility on social media and online platforms.

Monitor digital campaigns' performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Partner with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and branding projects.

Brand Performance Analysis:

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives using relevant metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in brand performance.

Event and Sponsorship Management:

Organize and manage brand-focused events and sponsorships to increase visibility and engagement.
