Role: Associate Manager - Campaign Management Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Manager to lead and execute our SEM, Social, and Programmatic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in paid search, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute comprehensive SEM, Social, and Programmatic strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.-

Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.-

Leverage advanced bidding strategies, ad extensions, and targeting options to maximize campaign performance.-

Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.-

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, and account management) to drive campaign success.-

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.-

Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. Desired Profile:Required Qualifications:-

8-9 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM, Social, and Programmatic advertising.-

Proven track record of managing and optimizing high-performing campaigns in the healthcare industry, preferably pharma.-

Proven experience in agency setup is required.-

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.-
