Requirements 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong focus on sales hiring. Prior experience hiring for startups and/or HORECA industry (preferred). Strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hiring analytics.
