Good communication skills.Understand job requirements for various non-IT positions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Admin, Customer Support, Manufacturing, etc.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and databases.Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and future requirements.Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.Location:Thane, Wagle EstateWorkdays and Shift time:6 Days working (Alternate Saturdays off)10-7 pm
