Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

3. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency.

4. Supply Chain Management: Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.

5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Work Experience Required
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a mid-sized geosynthetic textile manufacturing company, having first hand knowledge of production, processes and quality assurance, or from the textile manufacturing background.
