Job Overview:

As Senior Manager for IT Recruitment, you own end-to-end Recruitment function for all the Clients and will be the custodian for the implementation of Recruitment Strategy (with Quality, Timelines and Budget Utilization), and its link to business outcomes. Additionally, you are also a partner for hiring managers and people operations team members. As a Manager for the team, you are also responsible for their deliverables and performance.

Job description

Responsibility Deliverables:

1. Delivery Management, Work allocation & Talent Pipeline Management

- Regular interactions with Client Services Team to understand the specs for open roles and TAT in which it needs to be closed in.- Partner with Senior leadership, HR, and technology heads to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Allocating roles to recruiters in team as per their skillsets with specified timelines and strategies.- Understanding NDP (Need, Desire, Problem) for clients and defining timelines for delivery on every open role.- Daily Discussions with the Client Services Team to highlight delivery challenges if any, identifying solutions and strategizing if needed.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.- Ensuring smooth flow for feedback to cut down on delays in the feedback process.

2. Team & Performance Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure they are equipped to meet hiring targets and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.- Controlling absenteeism & attrition.- Grievance and Conflict Management.- Identifying gaps in team performance in comparison to set team targets.- Strategizing plans to fill in such gaps.- Evaluating each team members performance on weekly/ monthly basis and sharing appropriate feedback to fill in gaps.- Keeping a check on previous days productivity for every individual and setting team’s expectations for the present day.- Ensuring that the roles are allocated basis the competence ratings of every team member with a clear sourcing target, Strategies & timeline.- QC – for CV’s Sourced to ensure that only highly relevant profiles are shared with the clients.- Ensuring that daily CV Submissions targets achieved with in the specified TAT.- Keeping a strong check on Team Follow-ups – Interview, Selections, joining (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis) to control dropouts every stage of recruitment- Devising specific performance improvement plans for team members facing performance issues and hand holding them revive their performance.- Maintaining weekly/ monthly/ quarterly scorecards for team members for assistance in performance & salary appraisals.

3. Revenue Goal Setting & Achievement

- Setting Team and individual revenue targets for every Month, Quarter & Years in discussion with the management.- Explaining the team & individual targets to all the team members with the strategies to achieve them.- Ensuring successful implementation of recruitment strategies for goal achievement.

4. Daily reports & checks

- Ensuring that the right no. of screened profiles are shared with client within the specified timelines.- Ensuring that there are no misses in daily follow ups- Sharing accurate trackers daily with the clients in the specified format.

Measurement Metrics

- Achievement of Team targets for every quarter- Reduction in absenteeism & attrition in every quarter

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition in the IT industry.- Proven track record of successfully leading global recruitment efforts .- Experience in Recruitment firm/Consultancy is mandatory.- Strong understanding of US staffing is mandatory including knowledge of different labour markets and compliances.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.- Proficient in using ATS, Recruitment Tools and Technologies, including Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn and other Sourcing Platforms.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.- Team Handling Skills and Excellent Leadership Skills- Target Oriented
