About the Role:
We are an architecture & interior design firm looking for a part-time Sales Executive to handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing. Your job is simple: speak to interested clients, understand their needs, and convert them into projects.

Work Mode: Work From Home | 1–2 hours/day | Flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Call the leads generated through digital marketing. We will provide you the leads.
  • Explain our services and convert leads into confirmed projects.
  • Maintain basic records of calls and conversions.

Salary:

  • Fixed pay: ₹5,000 /month (for part-time work)
  • Plus attractive incentives/commissions (1% per project value).
  • Example: If a project is worth ₹50 Lakhs, at 1% commission, the sales executive earns ₹50,000 from just one conversion. Even one normal 3BHK residential project value can be ₹50 Lakhs.

Requirements:

  • Preferably fluent in English, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in sales / client communication (real estate, interiors, architecture, or premium service sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, professional, and good at relationship building.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Ability to dedicate 1–2 hours daily (flexible timing).
  • Access to phone/internet for smooth communication.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
