About the Company:

Makoons Group of Schools, a premier network of educational institutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Performance Marketing. This role is crucial for driving targeted online advertising campaigns and enhancing our digital presence to support our mission of fostering a nurturing environment for holistic child development.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predefined KPIs, with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing with overall marketing strategy and educational campaign goals.
  • Help our different B2B partners in setting up their social media and giving trainings about GMB
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on PPC, SEO, display, and video advertising.
  • Work closely with the creative teams to design digital media campaigns aligned with the strategic goals of Makoons Group of Schools.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to improve campaign performance continuously.
  • Manage, guide, and train the digital marketing team to achieve set objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, particularly with performance marketing and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook and Google Ads, with a track record of managing substantial digital marketing budgets.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses to test.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
