About the Role

We are looking for a
Mechanical Engineer
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in design and development. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating
technical drawings, 2D/3D CAD models
, and managing projects through the complete
design lifecycle
—from concept to prototype. If you have expertise in
reverse engineering, metal transport pallet design, and project management

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed
    technical drawings and 2D/3D CAD models
    using tools such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, etc.
  • Develop
    Bills of Materials (BOMs)
    , assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct
    reverse engineering
    of existing components to support product improvements.
  • Lead the
    design and development of metal transport pallets
    .
  • Oversee
    prototype development, testing, and evaluation
    , identifying and resolving design flaws.
  • Ensure designs meet standards of
    safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
    .
  • Provide
    technical support
    to manufacturing teams for efficient production.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Manage
    project timelines and budgets
    for successful delivery.
  • Stay updated on
    industry trends, technologies, and engineering standards
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Mechanical Engineering
    (or related field).
  • 2–3 years of professional experience
    as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Proficiency in
    technical drawings & 2D/3D CAD modeling
    .
  • Experience in
    reverse engineering and metal transport pallet design
    .
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and project management
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    for teamwork and coordination.
