Job Description:

Tata Technologies, under a government-supported skill development initiative, is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Mechanical Engineering graduates to join as Trainers for CAD/CAM and 3D Modelling technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are keen to step into a teaching/training role and shape the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and lab sessions on CAD, CAM, and 3D Modelling tools (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, etc.)

Provide hands-on training and support to students and trainees.

Develop training material, assignments, and practical exercises.

Assess trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends in CAD/CAM and manufacturing technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve training methods and outcomes.

Ensure high levels of engagement and knowledge transfer in every session.

Desired Skills:

Sound knowledge of mechanical design concepts and CAD/CAM tools.

Familiarity with 3D Modelling software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or similar.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt and learn new technologies/tools.
