As Studio Operations Specialist on the Studio Operations team at Maverick Studios, youll help manage and maintain The VaultInspire Brands Digital Asset Management (DAM) systemensuring every photo, video, graphic, and file is exactly where it needs to be, and ready to go. Youll partner with creatives, project managers, agency teams, and internal stakeholders to keep our assets organized, searchable, compliant, and accessible. Key Responsibilities: Asset Guardian: Ingest, classify, and organize digital files (photos, videos, documents, etc.) within The Vault using consistent naming conventions and metadata best practices. Metadata Mastermind: Tag and apply taxonomy structures that make searching for content intuitive and efficientbecause whats the point of great work if no one can find it Quality Controller: Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with legal and brand standards. User Support Hero: Onboard new users, troubleshoot asset issues, and coach teams on how to get the most out of the system. Workflow Ally: Partner with creative, marketing, and legal teams to manage the full asset lifecyclefrom creation to archival. Governance Gatekeeper: Confirm usage rights, licensing details, and expiration dates to protect Inspires assets and brand integrity. System Sidekick: Support the Digital Asset Librarian with system maintenance, testing updates, and offering up smart, scalable improvement ideas. What you bring: Experience: 1-3 years of industry experience in digital asset management, content organization, or production operations. Advanced skills in Excel and data manipulation pivot tables are your playground. Project management experience with an eye for detail and process improvement. Tech Know-How: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with creative workflows and tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, or Figma.
