  • Lead end-to-end hiring for mid & senior-level positions in corporate and commercial functions.

  • Source top talent via job boards, LinkedIn & headhunting.

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and market insights.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • 2–8 years of pharma recruitment experience.

  • Expertise in mid-to-senior level hiring.

  • Strong sourcing, communication & stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, target-driven & team-oriented approach.
