Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the hiring process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Other tasks include coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining recruitment records, and training new hire and existing employees to ensure they are well-integrated and engaged within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing
  • Experience in effective Communication and Training
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus
