Requirement:
Total experience should be 8+ Years & 3-5 years of practical Snowflake experience as Architect.
Expertise in Snowflake concepts, including setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, scalable virtual warehouses, SQL performance tuning, zero copy clone, time travel, and automation.
Strong knowledge, proficiency in Snowflake features, analytical processing, ETL/ELT tools (Azure Synapse & ADF) frameworks and data models.
Create POCs, roadmaps, solution architecture, estimations & implementation plan
Skilled in re-clustering data in Snowflake with a strong understanding of micro-partitions.
Experienced in migration processes to Azure and Snowflake from on-premises database environments.
Proficient in designing and building manual or automated ingestion data pipelines using Snowpipe.
Experienced in cloud technologies such as Azure, Azure BLOB, and access management .
Designed and developed automated monitoring processes on Snowflake using a combination of Python, PySpark, Bash, and SnowSQL.
Skilled in SnowSQL, including developing stored procedures and writing queries to analyze and transform data.
Certified Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse Architect.
R Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable, efficient, and secure Snowflake solutions to meet business requirements.
Define data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, security, and reference data.
In depth understanding of Snowflake Architecture including SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Snowpark, performance tuning, compute, and storage.
Architect migration of enterprise on-prem data environment to Snowflake with performance and reliability.
Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data quality and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Design and develop data governance & data Lineage process.
