Role Description

Enhancing Communication for a Global Workforce


As part of our continued commitment to professional growth and effective communication, we are excited to launch the Corporate English Accent Training program for our team.

This initiative is designed to strengthen employees’ spoken English skills, with a focus on pronunciation, clarity, and confidence. Through accent neutralization and advanced business communication techniques, we aim to ensure that our team is easily understood in both national and international professional settings.

Whether working in client-facing roles or collaborating across cross-functional teams, effective communication is critical. This program offers interactive sessions, real-time feedback, and tailored coaching led by certified corporate language experts—empowering our employees to speak with greater impact and assurance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training and development
  • Strong presentation and teaching skills
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Communications or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in corporate training is a plus
