Our client is a leading healthcare company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • Đề xuất và triển khai kế hoạch theo mục tiêu của Phòng Kinh doanh để đạt được doanh thu, chất lượng dịch vụ và phát triển của bệnh viện;
    Develop and implement plans according to the Sales Department's objectives to achieve revenue targets, service          quality, and hospital development;
  • Tích cực tìm kiếm và mở rộng nguồn khách hàng mới, đa dạng hóa nguồn thu nhập. Tư vấn và chăm sóc khách hàng cao cấp (VIP);
    Proactively seek and expand new customer sources, diversify revenue streams. Provide consultancy and high-end customer care (VIP);
  • Nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường để xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh (chính sách giá, chăm sóc/ưu đãi cho khách hàng thân thiết, VIP…) nhằm tăng cường sức cạnh tranh với các đơn vị cùng ngành;
    Research and analyze the market to proactively build business plans (pricing policies, customer care/offers for loyal customers, VIP customers, etc.) to enhance competitiveness with other units in the same industry;
  • Hỗ trợ và giám sát việc thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh. Báo cáo về kết quả kinh doanh, doanh thu và chi phí, và đưa ra dự báo cho Ban giám đốc;
    Support and supervise the implementation of business plans. Report on business results, revenue, and expenses, and provide forecasts to the Board of Directors;
  • Thực hiện công tác phát triển nhân sự: tham gia tuyển chọn, phân công công việc, đánh giá hiệu suất, và đào tạo để nâng cao năng lực nhân sự trong phòng ban, đảm bảo sự liên kết của đội ngũ để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ;
    Carry out personnel development tasks: participate in recruitment, task allocation, performance evaluation, and training to enhance staff capacity in the department, ensuring team cohesion to fulfill tasks;
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự chỉ đạo của Tổng Giám đốc.
    Perform other tasks as directed by the General Director.

Requirements
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành có liên quan.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại bệnh viện, phòng khám đa khoa.
    Minimum of 03 years of experience as Head of Sales Department, preferably candidates with experience in hospitals or medical clinics.
  • Có khả năng lãnh đạo đội nhóm hiệu quả: truyền cảm hứng, thiết lập cam kết để đạt được mục tiêu, duy trì và thúc đẩy phát triển hiệu suất làm việc của đội nhóm.
    Effective team leadership skills: inspiring, establishing commitments to achieve goals, maintaining team development and driving work performance.
  • Kỹ năng đào tạo: xác định mục tiêu đào tạo cho từng cá nhân trong bộ phận, xây dựng tài liệu và thường xuyên huấn luyện đội nhóm. 
    Training skills: setting training objectives for individuals in the department, creating materials, and regularly training the team.
  • Thành thạo các kỹ năng: quản lý mục tiêu, đàm phán, quản trị mối quan hệ… 
    Proficient in skills such as goal management, negotiation, and relationship management…
  • Khả năng chịu áp lực công việc: có khả năng đối mặt với áp lực công việc mà không ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất làm việc. 
    Ability to handle work pressure: able to face work pressure without affecting work performance.

    Proficient in communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
