Key Responsibilities :
Establish implement and monitor a strategiccomprehensive enterprise information security and IT riskmanagement program
Work directly with the business unitsto facilitate risk assessment and risk managementprocesses
Develop and enhance an information securitymanagement framework.
Understand and interact withrelated disciplines through committees to ensure the consistentapplication of policies and standards across all technologyprojects systems and services
Provide leadership to theenterprises information security organization
Partnerwith business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness ofrisk management concerns
Assist with the overallbusiness technology planning providing current knowledge and futurevision of technology and systems
Conduct regularinternal audits in compliance with applicable legal and contractualrequirements ISO 27001 and PCIDSS requirements and companiesinternal requirements
Conduct regular Management reviewsand update the management on information security aspects. The MRMsshall also focus on drawing Managements attention to the key areasfor required management actions.
Ensure customer auditsas well as recertification and surveillance audits.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address the NCclosures.
Ensure the information incidents are respondedto and resolved on time to ensure compliance with legal andcontractual requirements.
What you will needto succeed:
Degree in businessadministration or a technologyrelated field required
Professional security management certification
Strongexperience as a CISO in a combination of risk managementinformation security and IT jobs
Knowledge of commoninformation security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001and PCI DSS.
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills and a high level of personal integrity
Innovativethinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivatecrossfunctional interdisciplinary teams
Experience withcontract and vendor negotiations and management including managedservices.
Experience with Cloud computing/Elasticcomputing across virtualized environments.
