We are looking for a motivated and curious graduate who is passionate about digital marketing and business growth. You will help Decode Growth increase its digital presence, create engaging content, and support business development activities to attract and engage clients.This internship is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in marketing strategy, content creation, social media, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:A. Digital Marketing and ContentCreate high-quality content such as blogs, guides, infographics, and short videos to increase awareness and generate leadsUpdate and optimize website content using WordPress to improve visibility and performancePlan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platformsTrack and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.B. Business DevelopmentResearch and identify potential clients or partners on LinkedIn and emailAssist with marketing campaigns and outreach planningPrepare presentations, marketing materials, and pitch decks for business developmentWork closely with leadership to identify new service opportunities and support client proposals.Requirements:MBA, BBA, BE, or equivalent qualification with a strong interest in digital marketing, AI tools, and business growthExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood understanding of Canva and basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS toolsFamiliarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and heatmapping/user-session tools (e.g. Hotjar , FullStory )Experience with social listening or sentiment analysis tools (e.g. Talkwalker , YouScan )Knowledge of SEO & tools like SEMrush , Surfer SEO or equivalents for keyword & content optimizationExposure to AI content generation / copy tools such as Jasper , ChatGPT or similarUnderstanding of data visualization / reporting tools such as Power BI , Looker Studio , or Zoho AnalyticsAwareness of AI-driven marketing analytics platforms like PaveAI , Windsor.ai , or tools for multi-channel attribution, budget optimization, and predictive modellingCreative mindset plus analytical thinking: able to propose ideas, test, measure, iterate based on data.
