Total Years of Experience : 8+ Years Working Model : Hybrid - (3 days from office) Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions. Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs. Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of Service Now, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team. Stay current with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in Service Now development, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Participate in the planning and execution of Service Now upgrades and enhancements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Service Now Developer, with a minimum of 6+ working on Service Now platform. In-depth knowledge of Service Now architecture, design, and best practices. Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS. Excellent scripting skills Strong expertise in the Service Now CSM implementation. Strong expertise in Service Now development tools, including but not limited to Configuration Workspace , Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and Gen AI . Service Now certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
