Job Description:
Objective:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making within the organization. This role involves working with various stakeholders to understand data requirements, developing analytical models, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Job Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Cleaning:
Acquire, extract, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Identify and rectify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
Data Analysis:
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present insights effectively.
Report Generation:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key findings and trends to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain automated reporting processes to streamline data delivery.
Data Modelling:
Design and implement data models to support business requirements and analysis goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize data models for specific projects.
Data Interpretation and Presentation:
Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Present data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Collaborate with data engineers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure data accessibility and integrity.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.
Propose and implement improvements to existing analytical processes and methodologies.

Geographical Scope: Pan HCCB
Key Customers: Commercial – Zones and COEs – Finance, Supply Chain, HR, BSS, Vendors, Customers, IT, OU, BIG Etc.
Job Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. Effective communication skills for presenting complex information to a non-technical audience. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.-
