More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork: Hybrid Mode-PAN INDIAMin:10+ YearsRequirements:The Senior Cutover Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities for a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation. This role ensures a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new SAP environment, minimizing business disruption and ensuring operational readiness. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage the **cutover strategy**, plan, and detailed runbooks - Lead **mock cutovers**, dry runs, and go-live rehearsals - Coordinate across **functional, technical, and business teams** to identify cutover tasks and dependencies - Establish and manage a **cutover command center** during go-live - Track **cutover readiness**, escalate risks, and ensure mitigation plans are in place - Ensure **data migration, system validation, and business continuity** are aligned with go-live timelines Collaborate with **project managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders** to ensure alignment Provide **post-cutover support** and stabilization planning Required Skills : Experience | 8–10+ years in SAP cutover roles; 2+ full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations | | Methodology | Deep understanding of Greenfield deployment strategies | | Leadership | Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure | | Technical Knowledge | Strong grasp of SAP modules (especially Finance), data migration, and system integration | | Communication | Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills | | Tools | Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools **Nice to Have** - Experience in **RISE with SAP** environments - Bilingual (e.g., English/French) for global rollouts - Prior work in **public sector or regulated industries** - Familiarity with **Agile or hybrid project methodologies**WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
