Job Summary: Full Stack Developer (Python and React)Initial Work Location (First 6 Months): Sri City Trade Centre, Central Expressway, Sri City, Andhra Pradesh – 517646 ( 70 KM from Chennai )After 6 Months: Candidate can continue from either Chennai or Bangalore (Wissen Office)Experience: 3–5 yearsWork Mode: Work from Office Notice Period: 15 days to 30 days preferredAbout the Role: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable frontend and backend systems, crafting intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud-native services.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (frontend & backend).Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.Build and manage backend services, APIs, and databases.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards.Implement CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years total experience, with 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer. Required Skills:Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks React.JS.Strong backend development skills with Python and Django Framework.Experience in working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL and microservices-based architecture.Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
