With world-class facilities inFaridabad (Delhi-NCR)includingadvanced press shops, robotic welding, CNC bending, fabrication lines, and inspection labs , we ensure high-precision parts that meetIATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3standards.We are looking for a skilledEngineer – Standard Roomto join our team and strengthen ourinspection and measurement capabilities .Roles & ResponsibilitiesCarry out inspection of sheet metal and fabricated components using precision instruments.Operate and manage measuring equipment such as:Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height GaugeProfile Projector, Hardness TesterCMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Faro Arm, Contour Measuring MachinesConductlayout inspectionsand maintain inspection records.Interpret and applyGD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)to measurements and reports.Support production and quality teams in root cause analysis of dimensional issues.Prepare inspection reports in customer formats and supportcustomer inspections and audits .Ensure calibration and proper upkeep of all measurement instruments.Work closely with NPD and Quality teams for new part validations and PPAP submissions.Preferred Candidate ProfileDiploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.4–6 years of experiencein aStandard Room / Inspection Room / Metrology Lab .Strong knowledge ofmeasuring instruments, gauges, and CMM operations .Good understanding ofGD&T, inspection layouts, and dimensional analysis .Experience in handlingcustomer audits and part approval processes .Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.Professional communication skills with ability tointeract confidently with customers .Location : Faridabad, HaryanaApply to :  : Ms. Kamna | Website :
