Drafting Vision and Charter for EngagementsProvide clarity on the objectives to be achieved through the buyer-supplier engagementDevise a governance framework to ensure that the objectives of the engagement are being metEnsuring Business AlignmentEnsuring alignment between objectives of buyer-supplier engagement and business strategyProactively communicating any changes in engagement scope and its impact to the service line leadersThe PMO Lead coordinates resources between the client and the ESO provider to ensure that projects have the necessary support and expertiseengage with various stakeholders within the client organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and to address any concernsExecutive Governance & Relationship ManagementForging and maintaining long-term relationships with all the different providers for effective Enterprise strategy and managementConsolidating and categorizing high-value vendors to drive spend effectivelyThe PMO Lead monitors the performance of the ESO provider, ensuring that service levels and KPIs are metThe PMO Lead acts as the primary point of contact between the client and the ESO provider, ensuring clear communication and strong relationshipsestablish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure that all projects adhere to the client's standards and best practicesOverall Stakeholder Relationship Management(Internal and External) : The PMO Lead acts as the primary point of contact between the Receiver and the provider, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships

Vendor Portfolio StrategyAlign with Central Procurement Team and ensure the adherence to Vendor Portfolio Strategy policiesDiscuss the vendor portfolio strategy in internal executive steering committee meetings with the leadershipidentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues that may arise during the projectThe PMO Lead works on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ESO engagementEscalation ManagementBring order, structure and focused management attention to situations which could otherwise result in customer dissatisfactionParticipate in dispute and issue resolution processesStakeholder Satisfaction ManagementManaging stakeholder communication, perception and issues to ensure good level of program, project satisfaction levelsgenerate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and any issues, providing insights to senior managementSteps in building the positive net promoter scores and other relevant surveys
