Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Application Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers in India and overseas. You will majorly be responsible for technical pre-sales which include tender documentation, product demonstrations and assisting the sales team for order closure. You will actively drive and manage the presales process with direct customers, the Technical Pre-Sales solution provider must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technology users.

ly▪ Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholde
rs▪ Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanatio
ns▪ Work with internal technical teams to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new produc
ts▪ Builds productive relationships internally and externally, developing teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activiti
es▪ Perform technical development for each solution as part of design and development engineering. ▪ Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Sungr
ow▪ Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusia
sm▪ Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecast

es▪ To structure and produce compelling sales technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Sungrow solution
