Sales and Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, including skincare treatments, cosmetic procedures, and retail products.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular performance reports.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various treatments and skincare AND HAIR TRANSPLANT solutions tailored to their needs.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team members' knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and offers to attract new clients.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the skincare , HAIR TRANSPLANT and aesthetics market to expand the clinic’s offerings.
- Represent the clinic at industry events, expos, and seminars to increase brand visibility.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate sales records and client databases.
- Coordinate with medical staff to align sales efforts with clinic capabilities and goals.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of skincare AND HAIR TRANSPLANT and aesthetic treatments is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
