Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Job Role:
v Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit for the organization in Finance and Health Care Industry.
v Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
v Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to proactively recruit fresh graduates.
v Identify and target experienced professionals in the finance field for lateral hiring.
v Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and industry networks, to source finance professionals.
v Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the skills and experience of finance candidates.
v Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging orientation experience.
v Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees receive necessary training and resources.
v Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
v Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
v Generate recruitment reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- v Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with a specific focus on fresh graduates and lateral hires especially from the finance field.
- Relevant certifications, such as SHRM or HRCI, are a plus
