Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Collaborate closely with production, R&D, procurement, and service departments.

2. Product & Process Quality

  • Ensure that all incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods meet defined quality specifications.
  • Implement process control systems for winding, stator/rotor assembly, casting, machining, and final testing of submersible pumps/motors.
  • Approve and oversee validation of new products and design changes.

3. Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, BIS, CE, ISI).
  • Maintain all statutory and regulatory compliances related to quality, safety, and environment.
  • Conduct and coordinate internal/external audits.

4. Customer Quality & Satisfaction

  • Monitor and reduce customer complaints, warranty claims, and field failures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action implementation (CAPA).
  • Visit key customers and field locations to understand product performance and service issues.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Drive lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Establish key quality KPIs (defect rates, rework, PPM, etc.) and monitor performance.
  • Promote a culture of quality across all levels of the organization.

6. Supplier Quality Management

  • Evaluate and develop suppliers to meet product and component quality requirements.
  • Conduct supplier audits and initiate supplier development programs.
  • Work closely with procurement to address quality issues in sourced components.

Pay: ₹600, ₹720,000.00 per year
