We are seeking a talented Siebel Developer with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom-specific functionalities.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our CRM systems and deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications tailored to the needs of the telecommunications industry.

- Customize Siebel workflows, business rules, and UI elements to optimize system performance and user experience.

- Implement Siebel integration solutions to connect with external systems such as billing platforms, order management systems, and provisioning systems.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize system downtime and ensure smooth operations.

- Stay updated on Siebel CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and deliver innovative solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom projects.

- Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration objects.

- Strong understanding of telecom industry processes, such as order management, billing, and customer service.

- Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable.

- Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration protocols (SOAP, REST).

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
