8 to 10 years’ experience in product & solution development in a Telco or at a technology vendor with a telecommunication focus.
- Working under rapid timescales.
- Deep Knowledge in Oracle BSS stack is required.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer experience centred analysis
- Innovative thinking for user-interfaces
- User centred design
- Siebel CTI Integration with Avaya/Cisco/Altitude/Genesys etc
- Configuration experience on Siebel Communications Servers/Drivers/Toolbars
- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
- Configuration, scripting and workflow (CSW)
- Good to have - Open UI skills
- Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Technical degree or equivalent.
- Oracle Siebel certification (desired).
- Software development background.
