We are a leading provider of innovative data consultancy services, committed to driving business transformation through the power of data. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead for our Data Consultancy Services business line.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

·         Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.

·         Lead the development of innovative data solutions and services to meet evolving client needs.

·         Provide thought leadership in the data consultancy space, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Client Engagement:

·         Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.

·         Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

·         Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Business Development:

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

·         Develop compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our expertise and capabilities.

·         Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Team Leadership:

·         Build and lead a high-performing team of data consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

·         Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

·         Allocate resources effectively to optimize project delivery and maximize client satisfaction.

Project Management:

·         Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data consultancy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

·         Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.

·         Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

 


Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years experience
  • Proven experience (3 years) in a leadership role within the data consultancy or analytics industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of data technologies, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.



Requirements
