Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records.- Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with billing procedures and regulations.- Reconcile balance sheets and match bills to collections promptly in accordance with regulatory requirements.- Prepare accounts and perform efficient bookkeeping duties.- Conduct monthly financial analysis and generate insightful reports.- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.- Facilitate the timely collection of payments from clients through effective communication and follow-up calls.- Act in accordance with the procedures to ensure that all receipts are processed accurately in the system and in a timely manner.- Deal effectively with queries from external and internal stakeholders and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Accounting, Invoicing, Finance, or related fields.- Min 2 - 4 years of experience in accounting and administrative tasks.- Basic knowledge of TDS & GST- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to commute for ad-hoc work when required.
