To ensure professional growth, Ericsson offers stimulating work experience, continuous learning and growth opportunities that allow you to acquire the knowledge & skills necessary to reach your career goals.We welcome the opportunity to meet youWhat you will doResponsible for product deployment and support before / after launch for key contract deliveryTrouble shooting product issues and support our customersReproducing issues in lab, cause analysis and following-up with R&DStudy and understand product application in each customer business flowProviding feedback to RND on product improvements and enable product quality assuranceBe on top of product updates release over releaseContinuously improving on delivery efficiency using automation24 x 7 hotline and live site emergency handling (optional)Continuously experimenting and learning something new.Ensure software code quality, testability, maintainability, and function usability.Continuously invest and expand technical competenceYou will bringHands-on experience on Linux, familiar with SUSE or RHEL etc.Network trouble-shooting experience with TCP/IP/HTTP and familiarity with OpenSSL/HTTPsKnowledge on Virtualization and Cloud, have hands-on experience on KVM, VMware, Kubernetes, etc.Good Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Shell, etc.Hands-on experience in DB including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL etc. Advanced configuration/Tuning experience is optional.Basic understanding of JAVA or C++ or NodeJSKnowledge of Telecom Network including Core, Radio Access (optional)Understanding of LDAP/Diameter /SNMP (optional)Have customer solution design experience like HLD, LLD, TOL etc. (Optional)Strong initiative and product ownershipCreative problem-solving and excellent troubleshooting / debugging skills.High level of customer focus and being accountableExcellent team spiritAbility to articulate and lead technical discussions.

Minimum years of relevant experience:
3 - 7 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years on telecom SW product support on a virtualized Device Entitlement or Enterprise or telecom carrier grade productEducation:
