About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and proactive Manager/Sr. Manager – Digital Client Servicing to lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media channels, coordinating website maintenance with technical teams, and overseeing complete digital and media management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary client point of contact for all digital and social media projects.Lead end-to-end social media management — strategy, content planning, execution, analytics, and reporting.Collaborate with creative, content, technical, and media teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.Manage and coordinate website maintenance and updates with internal or external developers to ensure performance, functionality, and user experience.Assist in digital media planning and management, including paid social, search, and display campaigns.Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports for clients.Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates.Manage multiple clients efficiently and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Mentor and guide junior client servicing team members.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.Required Skills5–7 Years of experience in digital client servicing,
