JD for Associate NCLT Team

  1. Drafting of demand notice under IBC

  2. Drafting and filling of application under section 7/9/10 of IBC

  3. Drafting and filling of Reply/ rejoinder/ Written submissions

  4. Filing of claims and follow up with IRP/ RP

  5. Preparation of documents required during CIRP

  6. Carrying out compliances required to be done by Insolvency Professional

l7. Coordination with clients/ Insolvency Professional

  1. Appearance before NCLT/ NCLAT

  2. Liaising with departments

Required skills:

  1. Good Subject Knowledge of IBC, 2016 and Company Law and other Laws.

  2. LLB mandatory

  3. CS preferable and an added advantage

4.Should have Procedural Knowledge of the CIRP and the Liquidation Process as envisaged under the IBC.

  1. Good Drafting Skills

  2. QUALIFIED COMPANY SECRETARY WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE

  3. Should have Administrative and Managerial Skills.

  4. Appearance before the NCLT/NCLAT and other Courts.

  5. Salary As per Industry Standards
