• Implement human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives.• Recruit employees as and when required.• Monitoring the coordination of monthly rewards and recognition activities.• Monitor and control the BA (Business Associate) employees.• Managing on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues. • Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the site operations.• Co-ordinating the company's comprehensive training programs • Regularly monitor HR expenditure and take the appropriate action to ensure that budgets are not exceeded• Maintain and monitor the company's Personnel database and manage the employee payrolls.• Advise management on issues of underperformance of staff at all levels.• Ensure that all procedures in respect of grievance and discipline are followed in the correct fashion.• Ensure minimum attrition rate of employees.• Conducting monthly Supplier evaluations with the contractors with repect to legal and operational requirements.• Report departmental KPIs, any deviation and counter measures to the management• Ensure reporting of MIS to internal Management and Customer.• Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)• Encourage the team to buildup innovative ideas and imbibe the quality culture in every team member.• Lead continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen,QC projects, Six Sigma, etc.• Lead 5S initiative in your area/department.• Support to achieve audit targets in 5S,QMS, ISO,EMS,EnMS,VDA 6.3etc.• Follow safety standards in your area/department.• Manage the information flow and coordinate among respective departments within MLL and customer. • Knowledge & adherence of QMS practices. • Monitoring of the training schedule adherance and coordination for external trainings.
