HOPE Women's and Children's Hospital is a 100-bedded, multispecialty hospital dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare for women and children. Established in 2000, we have grown to become one of the leading hospitals in Telangana with advanced facilities including NICU, PICU, Modular OT, Labour & Delivery Suites, Pharmacy, and 24/7 Emergency Services.
We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic
Manager – Human Resource to lead our HR department and support our growing team.
Position Overview
The
Manager – Human Resource
will oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, statutory compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of healthcare workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's vision and mission.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
Maintain employee records, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ESI, PF, Labour Laws, etc.).
Design and implement training & development programs for medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance appraisal systems.
Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Prepare HR reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's Degree in
Human Resource Management / MBA (HR)
.
Minimum
5+ years of HR experience
.
Prior hospital/healthcare experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to manage a diverse workforce including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
