The Lead Developer - Azure Integration Services

will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud to cloud and cloud to ground based integration services and solutions, with a strong focus on Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory and Azure API Management.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.Create solutions that leverage the .net technology stack.Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, key stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and implement scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory and Azure API Management.Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of integration solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and business analysts.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest developments in Azure technologies and integrate them into projects where appropriate.Take ownership and responsibility of the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions using platforms such as Azure Devops pipelines, Terraform.Document technical information relating to integration processes, configurations, and solutions.

Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on integration services.7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure API Management).Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, specifically within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Leadership experience, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding development teams.

Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect).Experience with other Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of API design best practices and clean code development approaches.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Desirable but not essentialExperience and Knowledge of:Azure Application Development. Full stack development (Largely backend work)Azure Business Intelligence. Leveraging Azure to create an Enterprise Business Intelligence platform.
