Job Description


Coriolis Technologies is looking for ReactJS Technical leads who will be responsible for leading a team of GUI developers and developing the user interface for a web application that deals in cloud data security and data protection. Your main duties will include co-ordinating with the team members, assigning tasks and resolving technical queries while creating modules/components and coupling them together into a functional app. You will have to collaborate with UX designers and back-end developers to develop cutting edge front-end tech that communicates with the API using standard methods.


Eligibility Criteria


- 3-4 years of experience as a Reactjs Developer.


- At Least 2 years of experience as a team lead.


- College or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

- Optimizing performance and improve UX of existing components

- Planning for common needs such as consistency, accessibility, and internationalization


- Staying current on web development technologies and UI/UX design trends/innovations


- Leading & creating interactive Web UI front-end with high fidelity to production front end code from a combination of wireframes, visual designs and design standards


- Collaborating with back-end developers in the process of building the RESTful API - Sync up with remote teams on a regular basis.


- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.


- Provide technical leadership to teammates through mentorship.


- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and processes.


- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.


- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Skills


- Proficiency with JavaScript, ReactJS, Typescript, HTML5 and CSS.


- Good understanding of RESTful Web Services.


- Basic knowledge in Agile, Scrum and Lean approaches


- Excellent communication skills.


- Deep knowledge of ReactJS practices and commonly used modules/libraries.


- Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.


- Creating e2e test suites for all components, and running them with Protractor (or a well reasoned alternative)


- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.

Problem-solving skills:

- Algorithm design: Ability to design algorithms to solve complex problems

- Debugging: Skill in identifying and fixing errors in code

- Critical thinking: Ability to approach a problem from multiple angles and think creatively to find the best solution

- Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly test code to ensure it works as expected and identify edge cases

- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients

- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge with others

- Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly and effectively

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

- Continuous learning: Strong desire to continually learn and stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies.
