Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead - Content Manager to oversee our content operations team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in team management, and a passion for creative content development. While prior experience in the content field is preferred, candidates from any industry with relevant managerial experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of content creators, editors, and other operational staff to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content across multiple platforms.

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and creative, to brainstorm, plan, and execute content initiatives that drive audience engagement and growth.

- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and audience retention, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Business) preferred.

- Several years of experience in team management or leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve goals and targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or creative industry is a plus, but not required.

- This is a full-time office-based position located in Aundh, Pune. The candidate must be able to commute to the office on a daily basis.
