Our mission is to simplify infrastructure development through innovation and partnerships.Role OverviewWe are looking for a design Engineer with hands-on experience in the construction industry,particularly in lGSF ( light gauge steel Framing) technology.The Design Engineer will develop, modify, and improve product designs by applying engineering principles, CAD tools, and industry standards. The role involves converting requirements into technical drawings, ensuring manufacturability, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting prototype development.Key Responsibilities● Prepare architectural and structural drawings for LGSF and prefab building projects.● Develop 3D models, framing layouts, shop drawings, and GA drawings for execution.● Coordinate with architects, production teams, and site engineers to fi nalize design details.● Create BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimation sheets based on project requirements.● Ensure all designs comply with structural codes, quality standards, and project timelines.● Support the sales and project teams with concept drawings, design options, and technical clarifi cations.● Review project specifi cations, client requirements, and site conditions before design fi nalization.● Assist in design optimization to improve structural effi ciency and reduce material usage.● Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and design approvals.● Provide technical support during production and installation phases when required.Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Architecture (or equivalent). Experience in LGSF/prefab design is preferred but not mandatory for junior positions.● Strong profi ciency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for 2D/3D design work.● Preferable knowledge of LGSF design tools such as FrameCAD, Vertex BD, or MWF.● Understanding of structural design principles, load calculations, and building codes.● Ability to create detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and fabrication-ready drawings.● Familiarity with prefab construction processes and steel framing systems.● Good coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.● Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.● Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.● Analytical approach with willingness to learn new design tools and technologies.What We Offer:• Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.• Work with a fast-scaling brand redefi ning modular infrastructure in India.• Exposure to nationwide channel and partner network development.IndustryConstruction
