Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager at Galleria di Lux. The manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage programs, and ensure seamless business processes. Responsibilities include strategic planning, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing financial, sales & marketing aspects of the business.

A few more dedicated responsibilities are -1)

Managing Employeesa) Hire, Manage in line in coordination with the Management at Galleria di Luxb) Motivate, Coach, Train For Excellent Customer Servicec) Review regular Reporting of employees2)

Showroom Operationsa) Ensure compliance with all company and showroom policies and proceduresb) Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance salesc) In cooperation with the Galleria Management, merchandise showroom to optimizethe “Galleria” look and feel3)

Customer Relationship Managementa) Continuously work on building and enhancing customer service and customer acquisitionb) Identify and create new customer target personas and work towards acquiring themc) Maintain and enhance strong relations with existing customers4)

E-commerce & Sales and Marketinga) E-commerce Management, sales execution and strategizing marketing initiativesb) Social Media Management and Handling for growth and enhancementc) Digital Marketing Management for backend and frontend (organic, SEO, Paid Ads, etc.,)d) Create and manage marketing events and promotions for building the “Galleria diLux” brand in line and direction with the GDL Managemente) Work closely with digital marketing team and management in creating andexecuting marketing strategiesf) Enhance In-store Sales experience and managementg) Build Franchises5)

Inventory Managementa) Routine Management of inventory and warehousingb) Timely coordination with inventory management team for ensuring smooth sales cycle and maintaining inventory levelsc) Warehouse Management and cleaning and maintaining the products and premises of the warehouse6)

Shipping, Deliveries and other General Operationsa) Ensure regular tracking of daily delivery operations with our delivery partnersb) Liaison with the Import/Export team for shipping and suppliesc) Liason with the warehouse, store owners and coordinate with the partner agencies7)

Communication & Reportinga) Routinely communicate store status including: sales, returns, issues, aging, inventory opportunities, etc to the owner and request assistance needed from the ownerb) Prepare and maintain the finance and cash register of the showroom and report daily to the owner with its update and as instructed by the Galleria management.c) Prepare timely monthly reporting in accordance with company requirementsd) Ensure accurate showroom inventory, sales reports
