Job Overview

We are looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and hands-on dynamic Technology Expert/Educator

to join our team. In this role, the individual will work towards equipping our staff in the cutting-edge

technology areas, to be in the forefront of technology evolution and revolution taking place in the

industry. The candidate needs excellent proficiency in technology, communication, facilitation,

presentation, instructional design, innovation, and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the technology industry to identify priority skill areas for development.
  • Develop training curriculum and materials customized to the needs of different audiences, such as teaching and non-teaching staff in the identified technology priority areas. Ensure the training content remains relevant and accurate over time. Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop strategies for addressing knowledge gaps.
  • Laise with external entities and partners to bring the best of global programs with co-creation and customization as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver or facilitate training programs effectively in various modes - physical, virtually, hybrid.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Support continuous learning and competence enhancement of the target audience.
  • Maintain training records as per organizational standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the training program and incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Serve as an expert for technical queries and troubleshooting assistance beyond formal training sessions.
  • Engage in self-competence enhancement and thought leadership activities to establish expertise and mastery of self in the chosen areas of technology.

Qualifications

  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience: A minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 15 years in technology training or education in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding and application knowledge of various trending technology areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, software applications, networking, data and AI.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
  • Experience in developing training materials, presentations, and interactive activities.
  • Excellent networking and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or instructional design is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning and assessment tools is desirable.
  • Be self-motivated, with an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment, independently and collaboratively, with dynamic priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
