Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalReporting and Data Visualization Associateto join our data-driven team. This role will be responsible for translating business metrics into impactful reports and dashboards using tools likePower BIandDomo. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support decision-making through accurate, timely, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will also have impeccable conversational English speaking and writing skills.

In addition to visualization, the role involves working with data infrastructure and ETL processes usingMicrosoft Fabric, with exposure toAWS,Snowflake, and scripting inPySpark,Python, andSQLbeing advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports usingPower BIandDomobased on business requirements.
  • Translate complex business metrics into clear visual narratives to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes primarily usingMicrosoft Fabric.
  • Integrate and manipulate data from multiple sources includingSnowflake,AWS, and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across reporting tools and systems.
  • Optimize report performance and implement best practices in visualization design and user experience.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to streamline reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for data models, data sources, and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience withPower BIand/orDomofor dashboarding and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, data visualization principles, and analytical storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Fabric, particularly in ETL and data warehousing.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms likeAWSandSnowflake.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages likePythonandPySpark.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in similar position of minimum 3 years and max 8 years is preferred.
  • Experience in data modeling, governance, and performance tuning.
  • Certification in Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a business intelligence or analytics team.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
