Functional Expertise
1. Define and execute product strategy and roadmap with an emphasis on our lending solutions.
2. Use your expertise in improvising our lending product funnels, either by improving the product journey/flow or
improving credit underwriting. Understanding of algorithms to guide product features and direction.
3. Identifies and solves problems at the functional level while influencing beyond own area of control.
4. Drives process improvements at product level
5. Ensure successful product launches and high adoption rates.

1. Display Customer centric mindset
2. Is able to understand customer problems and develop innovative solutions
3. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
4. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, working with all departments to execute
5. Track product performance using relevant KPIs. Analyze product usage data to drive product improvements
6. Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on strategic objectives, customer needs, and technical
feasibility.
Interaction:
1. Foster collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to shepherd products from
conception to launch.
2. Manage simple stakeholder relationships with support from manager
3. Awareness of overall business context
4. Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
5. Act as a mentor for APM/Product Managers
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to guide
products from conception to launch

● BE/B.Tech/MBA or equivalent Degree from Tier-1 college
● 6-8 Yrs of experience product management with more than 5 years in lending space
Skills & know-
how
● Excellent organization skills, ability to lead multiple projects and handle contending priorities,
prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
● Technically minded and basic understanding on Agile development, web & app technologies
● Proven experience in credit underwriting and thorough knowledge of underwriting algorithms,
preferably in the consumer or merchant lending space.
● Demonstrated track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its
lifecycle.
● Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
