1. Handle all In-House Social Media Activities:

Manage and maintain all social media platforms for the company, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Develop strategies to increase engagement, followership, and brand awareness across all platforms.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Also manage the Design Teams Tasks and Keeping Track of Office celebrations (Includes Birthdays, Anniversaries as well as Festivals)


2.Create Content for Client and In-house Social Media Pages:

Generate original, high-quality content for both client accounts and in-house social media channels.

Tailor content to suit each platform's unique tone and target audience's objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.


3.Work with Designers and Video Editors to Create Compelling Graphics and Videos:

Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce visually appealing graphics and videos that enhance social media engagement.

Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure content meets brand standards and resonates with the intended audience.

Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to improve content quality and effectiveness continuously.




4.Conceptualize Ideas for Clients and In-house Platforms:

Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and campaigns to effectively promote both client products/services and company initiatives.

Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, topics, and opportunities for content creation and engagement.

Present ideas and recommendations to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback to refine strategies and concepts.


5.Shoot and Edit Reels on Instagram:

Develop and execute strategies for creating engaging and shareable video content specifically for Instagram Reels.

Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Stay updated on the latest trends and features within the Instagram Reels platform to optimize content performance and reach.


6.Review Designs for Social Media:

Oversee the design process, ensuring that all graphics and visuals meet established standards for quality, relevance, and brand consistency.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to optimize content for social media platforms.

Conduct regular audits to assess the performance and effectiveness of visual content, making adjustments as needed to improve engagement and reach.
