Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist with a proven track record in driving results specifically within the immigration niche. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly through Google Ads and social media platforms.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies tailored to the unique requirements of the immigration niche, across Google Ads and various social media platforms.

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and optimize ads to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, leveraging data-driven insights to continually refine and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates relevant to the immigration niche, ensuring our advertising efforts remain competitive and effective.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overarching marketing objectives and strategies tailored to the immigration niche.

- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for optimization.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, etc.).

- Proven track record of driving results and achieving key performance indicators such as traffic, leads, and conversions through paid advertising campaigns within the immigration niche.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Prior experience working in the immigration niche is highly preferred.

- Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
