Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure business efficiency, and support management in achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, financial, and communication skills and will play a key role in ensuring smooth business processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure they align with company goals.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and policies.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient workflows and collaboration.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor business performance indicators and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
- Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and general procurement activities.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, training, and employee record management.
- Provide executive-level administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in business administration or a related role (typically 2–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and budgeting.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of business software tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools or ERP systems.
- Understanding of business compliance, finance, and HR regulations.
- Certification in business administration, project management, or operations (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CBAP) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹51,802.10 per month
