Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives including lead generation, and revenue growth.
Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.
Lead the planning and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve keyword rankings.
Lead the Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and optimize campaign performance.
Manage the company's digital presence including website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with target audiences.
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, recommending and implementing new strategies and tactics as appropriate.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing efforts as needed, including creative agencies, media partners, and technology providers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results and impact business growth.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and keyword research tools.
Expertise in managing SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, with experience in bid management and ad copy optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external agencies.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Marketing Automation platforms, etc.
