Job Title : Manager - Social Media Analytics

Location : Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurugram

Working Days: 5 days/week in the office

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. (Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position )


Job Purpose:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Social Media Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for interpreting social media data to guide strategy and optimize campaigns. This role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure our social media efforts are data-driven and aligned with client goals.


Key Accountabilities


  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve social media strategies and campaign performance.
  • Benchmarking & Trend Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and keep abreast of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Campaign Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Client Communication: Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution across all social media channels.


Professional Skills:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in social media analytics, preferably within a digital/ creative marketing agency.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Tableau) and Excel.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
